Black Starlets Fall Narrowly to Mali In Final Friendly

The Black Starlets wrapped up their preparations for the 2026 U17 Africa Cup of Nations with a narrow 1-0 defeat to Mali in their final friendly game played on Sunday in Mohammadia, Morocco. A solitary own goal in the 65th minute separated the two sides in a fiercely contested encounter, as the Starlets produced an encouraging performance despite failing to find the back of the net.
